Vikings get past Lions, 24-10
The Minnesota Vikings used a strong running game to earn their first win of the year in a 24-10 victory over the Detroit Lions.
Running back Adrian Peterson found the end zone and once again topped the 150-yard rushing mark.
It’s becoming more and more apparent that the Vikings will have to lean more heavily on Peterson this year than last.
